We’ve put together a video guide on how to use auto-supply and, for those who just want to get the details, go into a full description below. We’ll start with our video guide and then if you’d like the text version, we’ve got that supplied beneath.
Auto-Supply saves you A LOT of fish in Dave the Diver and isn’t called out all that well in the game. Let’s dig into how to run Bancho Sushi like a pro:
Auto-Supply Guide
The way Bancho Sushi works in Dave the Diver is that the two prep chefs prepare all the meals for Bancho to cook. As meals are ordered, Bancho cooks them. The number of meals selected is how many meals the cooks will work on and prepare. It seems like the game wants you to set out the exact number of dishes you think customers will want that night.
What the game actually wants you to do is only set out 1 or 2 of each item and have it auto-supplied (or manually resupply through the night). This way you will only end up wasting exactly 1 or 2 of each product per night. You’d pick 2 if it’s fairly busy but 1 seems to work well, as shown in the video above.
When auto-supply is on, it will auto-supply back to the exact amount you put on the menu when you run out. It will run until you’re out of fish or you turn it off.
In Dave the Diver you actually restock or add new menu items while the restaurant is open. You aren’t locked in. As manager you can change the menu and do many things throughout the night.
That’s about it! Set the meal to “1” and turn on auto-supply and you can restock without having to click a thing all night and have full happy customers.
