The true final boss in River City Girls is Hasebe and Mami. By taking on this secret challenge, you can unlock the true ending to the game. You can see the final boss fight and ending within the video provided above.
That being said, unlocking this secret finale is not going to be an easy task. You will first have to find and destroy all 25 of the Sabu statues. Check out their locations down below.
The first statue can be found atop a desk in chemistry class within River City High.
The next statue can be found next to the Gym Swimming Pool in River City High.
Next to a tree, this statue can be found at the School Entrance within the Crosstown.
This statue will be hidden behind a box in the Back Alleyway in Crosstown.
This statue is covered by palm tree leaves in the Mall Lobby in Crosstown.
Make your way to the Construction Site in Crosstown to find this statue sitting atop a brick wall.
Within Crosstown’s Winding Way, you will find this statue resting behind a business sign atop a building.
Make your way to Uptown’s Coin-Op Arcade to find this statue hidden behind an arcade machine.
Within Uptown’s Pawnshop, this statue can be seen near a stack of boxes.
This statue can be found within the Fashion District of Uptown.
You will find this statue within the toy district of Uptown from atop a sign hanging over a pair of shops.
This next statue can be found within the Sewing Room in Uptown.
This statue is hidden within the Secret Passage to Downtown within Uptown.
From the Back Alley in Downtown, you will find this statue laying atop a dumpster.
Make your way to the Rear City Streets in Downtown to find this statue.
At the Transit Station in Downtown, you can find this statue hiding on top of the bus stop bench.
Go to Shanty Town in Downtown to find this statue behind a dumpster.
At the Downtown Park in Downtown, you can find this statue sitting at the top of the fence for the basketball court.
Head to the Junkyard in Downtown to find this statue hiding behind a massive pile of garbage.
Within the Beach Storefronts in Ocean Heights, you can find this statue on top of a nearby building.
At The Beach in Ocean Heights, you will find this statue just barely in view behind a fence.
Within the Fancy Hotel Lobby of Ocean Heights, you can find this statue sitting atop a large decorative plant.
Make your way to the Beach Homes in Ocean Heights in order to find this statue atop a hotel entrance.
Make your way within the Money Laundering Vault in Sanwakai Tower in order to find this statue atop one of the bronze statues.
