NPCs were announced to be returning to Fallout 76 in an epic trailer for the upcoming updates released at E3. Technomancer is a game developed by Spiders and published by Focus Home Entertainment back in 2016. This game seems to be a forgotten gem as it is challenging and fun to play. I have read some bad reviews from its launch, but I think the problem was that it was too challenging of a game for the reviewers as it required some actual skill at videogames.
