We rank all champions for League of Legends: Wild Rift into two tier lists. First is the best champions in the game, period and the second is the best champion for the five main roles: top, bottom (ADC), middle, support and jungle. In coming up with our tier list, we weigh the common player solo queuing over group play. We also focus our S tier on the best hero to pick, regardless of other choices, based on the current meta to make it easy to know which character you can choose and know you’ll do a great job in that role with its specific tool kit. At the end of the tier list we have the best devices to play LoL: Wild Rift on. These are going to likely be what you expect: the flagships for the top mobile brands Apple and Samsung, but we have some tips for some…
There may be occasions when you load up Battlefield 2042 and receive the “backend server could not be found” error message. This error is quite common and impacts a lot of players, but the good news is that it actually has nothing to do with you, your PC or your connection. It means that the EA servers running the game’s backend right now are just overloaded or experiencing some other error. During the beta, release and any patch you may run into this error frequently. It’s a bummer, because you can’t play immediately, but at the same time it’s not permanent. Just close out of the game and launch again. While you can’t fix the “backend server could not be found error;” you can wait it out. Why does this error happen? This error is caused by malfunctions on the server side of the game, meaning the framework that hosts…
Pokemon Unite is a free to play Pokemon MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) similar to kind of like League of Legends x Rocket League. The goal isn’t to destroy the enemy nexus, something that you can’t actually do. It’s to collect Aeos Energy and then go to enemy control points and score with it. You can collect the energy via PvP fight (Pokemon being the player hero) against the opposing team or by fighting wild Pokemon scattered across the map. The key to victory in this game is team composition and not all Pokemon are equal in their ability to score KOs and deliver the Aeos to the enemy control points. So leverage our tier list below so that you can have the best chance at being the game MVP. In understanding where a Pokemon goes on the list we have to take into account its ability to both get…
When we consider the power of gaming one of the things we don’t consider often is its ability to be extremely inclusive and allow for a wide swath of people from the full spectrum of socioeconomic statuses to enter into a video gaming career. Due to the nonstandard approach and ease of entry into the streaming space and just playing, becoming a professional eSports player is “easier” than ever. “Easier” of course being in quotations because it’s not “easy” as in you can just start day one and begin as a professional eSports player. No, the “easy” part is the materials for getting started. The rest of it is up to the skills of a player. You, your child or your young adult may be interested in being an eSports professional. Wearing a jersey, being on stage in front of a large crowd (or viewers at home) and basking in…
The SMITE Arena is the 5 v 5 single lane brawl, except unlike most ARAM modes you can pick any hero and build any team. It’s a ton of fun because it removes the jungle, multiple lanes and other mechanics and brings it down to an all out brawl of the gods in an arena with the only other mechanic being buffs. This guide will explain how the mode works and how you can play smart to pull ahead and win. Titan Forged Studios (Hi-Rez) have a good tutorial video that explains the basics (above) but we go a bit more in detail. Check out our SMITE Tier List to help pick the best gods to win. How The Game Mode Works So each side picks five heroes. The game will generally suggest a mix of tanks and magic/physical damage, but you can configure your team however you want. Once…

Time to farm loot boxes. You have until March 3 to open loot boxes and get a toy train, the first multi-hero mount. It’s a must have, although I’m not sure it’ll be in ranked play (we’ll see). There is no tips to farm, just open loot boxes. It’ll come sooner than later. It seems to have a reasonable drop rate, although as always, it can be harder for some over others. You can find more out about the event here: https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/heroes-of-the-storm/23227139/the-toys-are-back-in-town-heroes-of-the-storm-2019-winter-event-details That’s all there is! The Toy Train can be ridden by multiple players, so it’s a strong tool in maps where you want everyone to move together at the same time. Although, it makes being ganked as a team far more likely, it can help keep everyone together at the very start which is what matters in a lot of games. You’ve got three months or so to…

Endless World is an idle game and it has a cool feature sort of like Tap Titans 2 and other idle games where you enter into a 2 day contest to see who can get the furthest the fastest. How do you win this Sprint? Well, it’s actually not 100% pay to win. There are some strategies that you can use to take you to the top. The first strategy is to babysit the game. Especially the further you get into the game. If you run out of inventory spaces, you can’t progress for instance. So you’ll need to clear your inventory. You’ll want to cash in encounters as soon as they’re done and run the gold dungeon if it’s up for instance. Outside of that, you’ll want the game open so you’re constantly advancing. The next strategy is to avoid buying your tombstone and instead buy items from the…
