More and more I’m becoming an eco-aware person because I’m finding paper straws are showing up more frequently in restaurants. Paper straws are a much more eco-friendlier version of the plastic straw which shouldn’t exist, but do. The mouthfeel of them is so awful and the taste of the beverage so far ruined that it makes me mad respect when the sweet lady at the sushi place behind where I live gets on everyone to reuse their straws. We need to cut carbon emissions fast and it’s growing more obvious each day. If we don’t, paper straws are just the start of the dystopian future where the US starts issuing Star Citizen packages as bonds and Bitcoin is the official in-game currency of World of Warcraft. We don’t need to jux our reality any further from the median into some Demolition Man world with the shells. They’re not the solution…

If you have ever played Warframe you probably know two things. One that nearly every warframe is unique and it is hard to make a true “Best Of” list because of that, and two that it is sure confusing to look up Warframe warframes. So in light of that first point this list isn’t in a 1-5 format, these are just the best warframes we could find all grouped up into a single list and that all of these are the best in their own right so this list is in NO PARTICULAR ORDER. So with that out of the way, lets get to the list! Octavia Have you ever wanted to make music and kill enemies at the same time? Well, Warframe has the perfect warframe for you. Octavia is mixing beats and making death with a customizable instrument of death (literally!) that allows you to create a song…

Twitch is a massive streaming platform. That being said, thanks to Amazon Prime, it has become even bigger. Check out this quick guide to figure out how to subscribe to Twitch Prime. Twitch first launched back in 2011, offering gamers seemingly endless streaming content to consume. Now encompassing millions upon millions of hours worth of content, Twitch has become the streaming platform of choice within the video game community. Just three years ago, a new service made its way to Twitch, being Twitch Prime. Twitch was acquired by Amazon for a whopping $970 million back in 2014. By 2016, Amazon decided to make the most out of their popular Amazon Prime service by adding Twitch to the mix. Amazon Prime is a subscription service offered by Amazon. For a monthly fee, Amazon users can receive free shipping on all their items. Beyond that, Amazon has begun offering video streaming and…

2019 is both a big year for RPGs and a slow one. Tons of really anticipated RPGs and long, storied franchises are either finally coming back or dipping their toe into new territory, but oddly enough the majority of these big releases happened early on in the year. Thankfully there are still plenty of (hopefully) amazing titles coming later in the year so let’s check out what the most anticipated RPGs that are coming out later this year! 5. Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth The latest game in the fan service fueled handheld adaptation of the Persona franchise Persona Q2 is on its way to the 3DS! Adding onto the already jam-packed cast from the first title, Q2 also adds the Phantom thieves from Persona 5, and a few original characters new to the sequel. The gameplay of this sequel has been simplified to appeal to the audience brought in…

It was just recently announced that a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will be dropping in 2019. I have never played the original, but from what I saw in the trailer, this game looks beautiful. The sequel to A Link to the Past, Link’s Awakening deals with hero Link stranded on a strange island after washing ashore while out at sea. I am excited to cintinue this specific Link’s story and see what his destiny holds for him. After the success of releasing A Link Between Worlds (which was basically a remake itself), it seems like a no-brainer for Nintendo to release a remake of Link’s Awakening. Originally released for the Game Boy, this remake is a great fit for the Nintendo Switch system, which can be played as a console or in mobile form. The game looks absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. The trailer for this game begins with a cartoon scene…
