With MLB spring training quickly approaching this week, some of the top high profile free agents are still unsigned. Two of the biggest unsigned names are Manny Machado and MLB The Show 19 cover athlete Bryce Harper. The game releases on March 26th, and many are wondering what team the freakishly talente Bryce Harper will be playing for in both real life and in the game. Bryce Harper is a great choice for the cover of The Show. The guy puts up god-like numbers and will probably go down as one of the greatest players of all-time. With that being said, he can be arrogant and his personality can rub some the wrong way. Harper and agent, Scott Boras are looking to maximize their payday, but I find myself wondering if Sony and the developers from The Show are worried just a little bit about how long it is taking him to sign with…
Sony first party developers SIE Bend Studio are currently crafting up a new post-apocalyptic zombie (freaker) game. Now Sony has come forward with a new trailer for the upcoming release. A few days ago, it was announced that the new Uncharted movie found itself a new director. At the helm of the project will be Dan Trachtenberg, most well known for directing 10 Cloverfield Lane and the well-received Netflix drama Black Mirror. There have been several high-profile names set to don the role of the treasure hunting Nathan Drake, including Mark Wahlberg and Chris Pratt, both of whom probably could have done the role a solid service. However, I find myself asking why Nathan Fillion’s name has never been brought up in conversation about playing the rugged hero. First off, he looks exactly like Nathan Drake and has played similar characters in the past. Secondly, he has expressed the desire to play the character! In…
With Christmas all wrapped up you would think the trauma of the yuletide flooding everything would be over and for some, you would be right; however, there are hundreds of children whose trauma is continuing into the new year thanks to Bethesda! My brother-in-law who is 14 really wanted Fallout 76 and it was the one thing he was looking forward to. He went absolutely ballistic with joy when he opened it just repeating “Thank You!” over and over again! That is until the trick came into play; Apparently, Bethesda thought Christmas was Halloween and opted for a trick instead of a treat. He could not play the amazing game he had just got because Bethesda in their wisdom decided to make Fallout 76 an online only game and require a separate subscription service. No adult should see a child suffer because the game they are most excited to play,…
