They resonate both with popular culture and gamers which has created a wave of mobile-first titles focused on random chance more than gameplay. The impact spreads beyond the games themselves, fueling gacha like elements in many of today’s modern live service games. Ever wondered where this came from and how it spread so far and wide? House Flipper 2 really elevates the iconic formula that House Flipper brought about and renovates the game from top to bottom. The biggest change comes in the form of the graphics. Whereas House Flipper originally looked more like a source engine game (now compared to the new edition), House Flipper 2 looks like a slick modern title really taking a large shine to cleaning virtual homes and laying down virtual flooring. Those tasks get elevated as well with extra polish. Everything from painting to placing items is tighter and with more controls. The leveling system is easier and the upgrades dramatically change your overall gameplay. Compared to the original there is so much more content too. A lot of different house designs and way more in terms of features to renovate. Freedom is something that House Flipper 2 gives you when it comes to doing missions and flipping houses. Not…
There are two choices to get xp fast in Diablo 4 and it depends entirely on what you want to do. You can do the campaign which is a necessary and required component to playing your first character. At certain points in the story you may need to level up to continue or you may be ready to grind out your levels, either way we’ve got the best farm location and XP gaining tips. If you’ve already done the story you can skip the campaign again and just focus on leveling, meaning you need somewhere to farm without having to move around and do a lot. In this guide we’ll go over the important steps to optimize XP, but first let’s talk about getting that XP. After all you probably already know to turn it to world tier II from the start and play on the highest world tier. This…
The “VMan” is the third class promotion for the Journeyman “secret class” in Legends of Idleon. It requires a Maestro at level 150 to get started, but you’ll likely need to be into World 5 to really get the character unlock with any speed. It requires all of the first three worlds to have 1,000,000 kills registered along with some other steep requirements. Let’s dig in. VMan Unlocking Guide You’ll start by visiting world 4 at level 150 on a Maestro. You should only have one secret Journeyman class character per account ideally. So once your Maestro is level 150, you can begin the quest. Do note, the quest does require a lot of kills which means you may need to wait even longer before you can finish it. Once you’re level 150, on the right side across from the cooking table is Agent L150 who will start the quest.…
Limbus Company is the third install in Project Moon’s Lobotomy Corporation world. The manager, Dante, is tasked to take his 12 sinners into the ruins of Lobotomy Corporation to uncover the Golden Boughs. To do so you’ll need to know how to use identities, EGO and fight in the tough world of “The City.” You can read more on the story if you’re interested. In this guide we go over what Identities are, how EGO works and how the flow of combat works. By the time you reach 3-4, you’ll need to master all three to make it through. Identities and the Gacha System in Limbus Company Identities (ID) are alternate universe versions of the twelve sinners. The base 12 sinners are unlocked by default. You can draw IDs via the gacha system. They have three rankings: 0 (base), 00 and 000. The most powerful universal version is often considered…
Star Trek Online has events that happen at different intervals. There’s usually an event that’s the major campaign running roughly a full year long. Then there are the events inside of that campaign, each running roughly a month. Then there are seasonal events that occur each year. Finally there are recurring events and recruitment events that you should be on the lookout for. The recurring events usually run a weekend, but some run a week. They provide bonuses to key gameplay mechanics from duty officers to currency. A lot of players hold resources for each of these events because it’s for instance the best time to open a lockbox (to get more mining claims) or when it’s time to upgrade items (saving their Phoenix Box upgrade tokens for the item upgrade weekend). In our guide below we run down the recurring events and what bonuses they provide along with an…
Star Trek Online (STO) has 65 levels that each character can progress through. All content in the game is level matchable, meaning that if a party has mixed levels then everyone can match to a single players level and more or less enjoy the content together. Leveling up still lets you unlock critical systems to unlock more ships and deck them out with cool Trek gear for your virtual space odyssey. Leveling up quickly is possible a few different ways. We’ll focus on the two most enjoyable and quickest methods: playing through missions and then grinding patrols. Leveling through Missions in Star Trek Online You can level up very quickly as a free-to-play player through missions alone; this is best for brand new characters. The most enjoyable way, although not the absolute fastest, is to focus on doing the story missions more or less in order. The missions will always…
Below are some tips, tricks and a walkthrough of how to beat the story in Dodgeball Academia. This is a spoiler free guide, so we’re not going to mention the story at all. You can visit Humble Games to find out more about the game. It’s a really neat RPG / sports game hybrid with lots of fights, many optional and lots of fun stories and neat characters. Our guide below helps you through the entire game without spoiling anything, so we might be light on specifics but heavy on help. Stats are Kinda Useless Stats in this game are kind of useless. I did some testing and there isn’t anything that’s going to majorly change your game until you get toward the late game when you can buy all the juices you want to boost your stats. So like focusing on equipment and stats isn’t going to really matter.…
RoleGenerator was launched in July 2021 oriented to helping dungeon masters and roleplaying game enthusiasts with generating a lot of the day to day minutia of their roleplaying campaigns. As of right now, they have 28 modules divided into two categories: Dungeons & Dragons and generic roleplaying generators. The latter refers to narrative content or content that isn’t specific to any game system and ubiquitous across any type of roleplaying gaming. There are modules focused purely on roleplaying, my favorite being the land and event generator which will take a terrain type and generate flavor text and events that randomly could occur which is great for fleshing out tile by tile what’s there (or even in building rooms for a MUD). Their D&D module generates a shop with inventory, which is useful in building some much needed randomness between shops. Many of the modules include in-depth looks what the generator…
